Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from AgentReadyTM. Below are our refund rules for each product. If any of this feels unfair for your specific situation, email founders@agentready.us — we read every message and resolve edge cases case-by-case.

Insight Report ($99 one-time)

If you haven't opened your PDF / viewed the full Tier 2 report in your dashboard, we'll refund in full within 7 days of purchase. Once you've accessed the full report, the product has been delivered — it's similar to buying a downloadable book.

DIY Packages ($199)

DIY packages are downloadable ZIP archives. Because the content is delivered the moment you download it (and the files are watermarked with your information), we can only refund BEFORE you download:

  • Before download: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
  • After download: not refundable. If something is genuinely broken — a template that fails to install, a file that's corrupted — email us and we'll fix it or replace it.

DFY Packages ($499)

DFY (Done-For-You) refunds depend on how far work has progressed:

  • Before we start work (you haven't provided credentials yet, or we haven't begun deploy): full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • After work has started but before delivery: pro-rated refund based on work completed. Typically a 50% refund if we're mid-deploy; 25% if we're nearly finished.
  • After delivery: not refundable. If the delivered work is incorrect or incomplete, we'll re-deploy at no additional charge.

Agentic Commerce Add-on ($299 flat)

Same rules as DFY (work-state-based). Before work starts: full refund within 7 days. During: pro-rated. After delivery: not refundable (re-deploy offered for any legitimate issues).

Monitoring Subscriptions

Pro ($99/mo) and Enterprise ($399/mo) are recurring subscriptions. You can cancel any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the rest of the month you've already paid for.

No partial-month refunds. If you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day billing cycle, your subscription remains active through the end of that cycle. You won't be billed again.

If we make a pricing change that takes effect before your current cycle ends, you're grandfathered for that cycle. The new price applies to the following cycle.

Failed Deliveries

Occasionally a DFY deploy fails (customer's hosting provider blocks our changes, GBP suspends mid-deploy, etc.). If we can't complete DFY work for reasons outside your control, we'll:

  1. Notify you within 24 hours of the blocker.
  2. Offer a full refund OR a credit toward DIY (so you still get the files).
  3. Document what went wrong.

How to Request a Refund

Email founders@agentready.us with:

  • The email address on your account
  • Your order number (on the confirmation email)
  • What you'd like refunded and why

We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

We care about this being fair. If you have a situation we haven't covered — your credit card was stolen, you signed up by accident, your business is closing, you never meant to subscribe to monitoring — email us. We'd rather resolve it directly than have you disputing with your bank.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback before contacting us, we lose the ability to resolve the issue directly (and it costs us an additional fee). Please email us first — we'll almost always resolve fairly without needing to escalate.
